В статье рассматриваются основные аргументы сторонников и противников использования обучаемыми носимых средств доступа в интернет в период нахождения в образовательной организации. Основным видом таких средств доступа сегодня является смартфон и, соответственно, не контролируемый в рамках образовательной организации мобильный доступ в интернет. Нельзя сказать, что представители нового поколения лучше владеют средствами доступа в интернет и навыками деятельности в сети, чем взрослые. Скорее, можно говорить о том, что для них, по разным причинам, это основной вид деятельности и средство социализации. Исходя из этого и рассматривается данная проблема. Определяются основания и последствия использования смартфонов и иных средств доступа в интернет как основного вида деятельности современных учащихся, а также возможные пути формирования у обучаемых культуры использования смартфонов в образовательных целях.
The article discusses the main arguments of supporters and opponents of using wearable means of access to the Internet by students while they are in an educational organization. The main type of such means of access today is a smartphone and, accordingly, mobile Internet access that is not controlled within the educational organization. This is not to say that the representatives of the new generation are better at using Internet access tools and network activity skills than adults. Rather, we can say that for them, for various reasons, this is the main activity and a means of socialization. Based on this, we will consider this problem. The bases and consequences of using smartphones and other means of access to the Internet as the main activity of modern students, as well as possible ways for students to develop a culture of using smartphones for educational purposes are determined.
